Karnataka BJP MLC R Shankar office raided in Haveri; over 6,000 sarees, 9,000 school bags found ahead of polls

Karnataka: Several items including sarees and school bags were found after the Commercial Tax Department raided the house of Member of Legislative Council (MLC) and BJP leader R Shankar in Haveri. According to reports, at least 6,000 sarees and 9,000 school bags were found from a godown.
