Turbulent times: Govt says 1,000 passenger complaints received against Air India in 3 months

Complaints against Air India: The airline industry has been going through truly turbulent times with back-to-back incidents of aircraft malfunction. Over the past few days, there have been several incidents where SpiceJet, Vistara and on Tuesday, GoAir’s flights, were affected by various glitches. Now, on Tuesday, the government mentioned it has received nearly 1000 passenger complaints against Air India over the last three months.
