Monkeypox: Centre holds high-level meeting shortly as India reports 4 cases of virus

Monkeypox: As India reported its fourth case of the Monkeypox virus on Sunday, the Central government held a high-level review meeting on the virus. Sources said the meeting was chaired by the Directorate General of Health Sciences (DGHS) and attended by officials from the Health ministry, National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) and ICMR among others.
