Congress lawmaker Vivek Tankha, the lone Kashmiri Pandit in the Rajya Sabha, on Friday introduced a Private Member's Bill -- 'Kashmiri Pandits (Recourse, Restitution, Rehabilitation and Resettlement) Bill 2022' -- in the Rajya Sabha.
