Girls allowed to attend secondary schools in Afghanistan's Kunduz, claim Taliban; share video

Taliban spokesperson Suhail Shaheen has claimed secondary schools in Afghanistan's Kunduz province have been thrown open for girls. Shaheen took to Twitter and shared a video, described it as 'Girls are going to high schools in Khan Abad, Kunduz Province'. The shared video shows several girls in black dresses and white scarves, some with veils, waving Taliban flags.
