Man accused of raping 12-year-old in Delhi was released from jail in 2006
The man who is being accused of raping a 12-year-old girl in Delhi's Peeragarhi area was released from jail in 2006 after he completed his sentence awarded to him in a murder case. Delhi Prison officials have clarified that he was not released because of 'good behavior' but because his sentence came to an end.
