60 more arrested in connection with Bengaluru violence; Section 144 to continue
As many as 60 more people have been arrested in connection with the Bengaluru violence, which was reported on August 11. With this, the total arrests in the case have risen to 206, confirmed Bengaluru Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Sandeep Patil. Meanwhile, section 144 has been extended in affected localities in the east of the city, an official said on Thursday.
