The total number of COVID-19 cases in Bihar surged to 3,945 after 138 more people have tested positive for the infection, the state health department said on Monday. At least 1,741 people have recovered after getting infected with the deadly disease in the state, while 23 people have died. Currently, 2,181 affected persons are receiving treatment in the state.
