Combodia wins hearts by allowing cruise ship to dock despite coronavirus scare; welcomes passengers with roses

Hundreds of cruise ship passengers who were stranded at sea by fears of the possibility of coronavirus were finally welcomed by Combodia with roses as they disembarked on Friday. Prime Minister Hun Sen himself handed them flowers. The authoritarian leader agreed to let the Westerdam dock at the port of Sihanoukville on Thursday after Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, the Philippines and Guam had barred the ship earlier.
