IIT Chennai ranks first in HRD ministry's national ranking of higher institutes
India Institute of Technology-Chennai has secured the first rank in the national ranking of higher institutes released by Ministry of Human Resources and Development. Indian Institute of Science Bangalore, which had ranked first last time, has been relegated to second spot this year, while IIT-Delhi has been elevated by one spot to the third spot.
