'Time running out', says Meghalaya CM Conrad Sangma as he makes desperate appeal for special pumps to save miners trapped in 370-feet illegal coal mine

"We are running out of time," Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma said on Saturday as he made desperate appeal from Coal India Limited (CIL) to provide special pumps to flush out water from a 370-feet illegal coal mine where at least 15 miners are trapped since December 13.
