'Severe' air quality turns Delhi into toxic purgatory, CPCB urges people to minimise outdoor activities

The residents of the National Capital Region have been advised to minimise outdoor activities for next few days as Delhi recorded its second highest pollution level this year on Sunday and the authorities say that the conditions are likely to persist over next two days.
