LS polls 2019: Opposition leaders meet to forge united front to fight BJP, BSP and SP skip meeting

As part of attempts to forge an united front to take on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the Lok Sabha elections 2019, top leaders of over a dozen opposition parties including the Congress and the All India Trinamool Congress (TMC) met here on Monday. However, the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and the Samajwadi Party (SP) skipped the meeting.
