Bombay High Court refuses to lift ban on DJ, Dolby systems for Ganesh immersion, Navratri

The Bombay High Court on Friday said the ban imposed by the Maharashtra government on the use of hi-tech sound-amplifying systems such as DJ and Dolby sound, will continue to remain so during Ganpati immersion and the coming Navratri festival too. The ongoing Ganesh festival will culminate with immersion processions across the state on Sunday.
