DMK succession war: Stalin becomes party president, Alagiri warns of 'consequences'

Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) got its second president since its establishment in MK Stalin on Tuesday as the party working president was elected to the top post during party's General Council meeting. Stalin, 65, had filed his nomination paper for DMK president post last week and was elected unopposed.
