Bihar: 15 arrested, 8 cops suspended after mob strips, thrashes, parades woman naked on suspicion of killing man in Arrah

A day after a woman was thrashed and paraded naked by an angry mob on suspicion of her involvement in the a murder of a 19-year-old man, the state police arrested 15 suspects and suspended eight of their own men. However, the police denied that it was a case of mob lynching.
