Article 35A: Separatists call for complete shutdown in Srinagar, restrictions imposed

In view of protests called by separatists to support Article 35A, several restrictions were imposed in Jammu and Kashmir’s Srinagar on Thursday. A complete shutdown in the city has been called by separatist conglomerate Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) which is headed by Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umer Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik.
